Trámite de divorcio si estás fuera de Tamaulipas

Si, por motivos laborales o por encontrarse en el extranjero, no les es posible asistir a las audiencias o ratificaciones en el Juzgado de lo Familiar, pueden designar un representante legal a través de un PODER NOTARIAL, el cual solo podrá ser utilizado con el fin de llevar a cabo los trámites de divorcio.

El PODER NOTARIAL puede ser tramitado en las Notarías Públicas de la República Mexicana, si se encuentran residiendo fuera de Tamaulipas.

En el caso de estar en el extranjero, pueden gestionarlo ante el Consulado, Embajada o Representación Diplomática de México en el Mundo.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Si se encuentra de manera irregular en E.U. al acudir al CONSULADO, al identificarse como MEXICANO, el CONSULADO MEXICANO no le cuestionará sobre su SITUACIÓN MIGRATORIA.

Puede tener la tranquilidad de realizar su poder ante el Cónsul, ya que este tiene facultades como si se tratase de un Notario público.

Es importante saber que antes de acudir al CONSULADO MEXICANO, se debe solicitar una cita y conocer los requisitos que pedirá el CONSULADO MEXICANO, puesto que si se presenta sin cita, no será atendido.

¿Cuáles son los REQUISITOS para un DIVORCIO EXPRESS desde ESTADOS UNIDOS?

1.- Haber contraído matrimonio en Tamaulipas o en la República Mexicana. 

2.- Haber estado casados por al menos un año. IMPORTANTE: Este requisito es obligatorio. Si aún no se ha cumplido el año de matrimonio, deberá esperar a que transcurra dicho periodo. Al siguiente día de cumplir el año de casados, usted estará en posibilidades de comenzar las gestiones necesarias para obtener su DIVORCIO EXPRESS.

3.- Haber tenido su domicilio conyugal en Tamaulipas.

FOR NON-MEXICANS MARRIED TO A MEXICAN NATIONAL: You simply need to express your intention to divorce. If both parties are willing to divorce, the cost is $650 USD, with an initial 50% deposit. This type of divorce typically takes about 60 days to complete. 

If one party does not wish to divorce, the process will take a bit longer, approximately 180–200 days. The cost in this case is $1,200.00 USD, and we begin with a 50% deposit.

Payment can be made through various methods, including WESTERN UNION, BANKING INSTITUTIONS, INTERNATIONAL-ELECTRONIC TRANSFER, or TELECOM MONEY ORDERS.
